These Telehealth Services Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between TMC Health, located at Jubail City Center, Al Jubail 35513, KSA, hereinafter referred to as "the Center," and the patient, hereinafter referred to as "the Patient."
1. Telehealth Services
1.1 The Center provides telehealth services to facilitate remote healthcare consultations between patients and healthcare providers using secure communication technology.
1.2 The telehealth services may be used for follow-up visits within 14 days of the initial in-person visit.
2. Patient Consent
By utilizing the telehealth services provided by the Center, the Patient acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in these Terms.
3. Technology Requirements
3.1 The Patient must have access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible device (e.g., computer, smartphone) with audio and video capabilities for telehealth consultations.
3.2 It is the Patient's responsibility to ensure their technology meets the necessary requirements.
The Patient must register on the Center's website and submit a request for a telehealth appointment.
4.1 A telehealth services receptionist will contact the Patient within 24 working hours to confirm the appointment's eligibility as a follow-up visit within 14 days.
4.2 The appointment will be confirmed with the Patient and registered in the Center's Health Information System (HIS)..
5.1 Telehealth sessions may be recorded for documentation, quality assurance, and training purposes.
5.2 The Patient's consent for recording will be obtained prior to the session.
