Minimum of 6 months experience as Procurement Specialist in a Healthcare Industry.
Knowledgeable in medical equipment
Excellent command of oral and written English is required.

Technical skills and knowledge (Microsoft office; Excel, PowerPoint).
ERP Savvy.
Processes requisitions for the acquisition of medical supplies.
Assists in applying and modifying policies and procedures related to the procurement during the execution of assigned supply chain tasks.
Provides all internal and external liaison services within an assigned commodity and services to control optimize inventory and increase customer service levels.
Assist in Inventory Analysis activities.
Analyses industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
Negotiating, issuing, and managing purchase orders ensuring the goods or services meet customer requirements.
Evaluating requirements, determining potential sources, and obtaining quotes to meet business needs.
Managing Supplier risks by identifying, developing, and leading mitigation plans.
Contributing to projects as a team member or leads small projects.
Provides support and guidance to the organization in all functional areas of procurement, materials, and equipment supply.
Performs any job-related activities as requested by the management.
