Dr. Tariq Al Hamdan

Chairman

Dr Tariq Al Hamdan holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Twareat Medical Care Company, with more than twenty years of experience in medical, business, and investment sectors. Dr Al Hamdan holds a degree in Emergency Medicine from University of Ottawa, an MBA from university of Tennessee, Master of Disaster Medicine from university of piedmont Italy, and a bachelor degree of Medicine and Surgery from King Saud University.

Dr Al Hamdan has more than twenty years of clinical and administrative practice both in governmental and private sector.

Dr.Khalid Al Hamdan

COO

Khaled Mohamed Sulaiman AlHamdan is a Board Member. He holds the American Board of Emergency Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Dammam. He has extensive practical experience in emergency medicine and healthcare management. Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Twareat Medical Care Company. Previously, he worked as a resident physician in the emergency department at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston and held leadership roles such as Business Development Manager and Medical Director at Twareat Medical Care Company. Additionally, he has contributed to emergency medicine research at Baylor College and has experience in emergency care and medical project management.

Mr. Amer Al Amer

CFO

Amer Mohamed Amer AlAmer is the Managing Director and CEO. He holds an MBA from RMIT University in Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Miami in the United States. He has over 15 years of professional experience and currently serves as the CEO of Twareat Medical Care Company. He previously held the position of Head of Accounts at the General Organization for Social Insurance in Dammam for 9 years. He is also the founder of a limited IT company focused on drone technology.

Mohamed Tarek

CEO

Mohamed Tarek Mohamed El-Sayed is the Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in London and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University. He has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, having held several leadership positions in Saudi and Egyptian joint-stock companies, including Amiantit in Saudi Arabia. He also worked as a Manager of Accounts and Financial Reporting at Fawaz Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Company, and held various roles at Telecom Egypt, where he started his career in accounting before taking on supervisory and account management responsibilities.

Hisham Al Mutlaq

HR Director

Hisham Abdulaziz AlMutlaq is the Director of Human Resources. He holds an MBA from SBS University in the UAE and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from King Faisal University. He has over 18 years of professional experience in human resources, management, and marketing. He has held various positions, including HR and Administrative Consultant at Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, Regional Manager at Jawad Business Group, and Administrative Manager in several companies in the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors. He began his career at Riyad Bank as a Relationship Manager in commercial banking services.

Mr. Rabih Bousalhah

Operation Director

A healthcare professional with over two decades of experience, specializes in clinical, managerial, operational and sales roles in the healthcare sector. Holding a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, he has expertise in remote clinic management, medical contracting, quality improvement, and emergency medical services. His current role as Director of Operations at Twareat Medical Care involves overseeing sales, operations, and large-scale medical services projects. Rabih is certified in various advanced healthcare disciplines and proficient in systems like Oracle NetSuite and Epic, showcasing a comprehensive blend of clinical and operational acumen

Dr. Ahmed Moustafa

Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager at Twareat Co., he leverages over 10 years of experience and multiple credentials in health care administration, health economics, logistics, and pharmacy to oversee and optimize the supply chain operations of a leading health care provider in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Dr. Ahmed Moustafa leads a team of professionals responsible for managing the procurement, forecasting, sourcing, inventory, and distribution of medical products and services across the organization.

His core competencies include strategic procurement, problem-solving, business decision-making, vendor management, forecasting, sourcing, inventory optimization, supplier relationship management, cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvement. He has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes, such as reducing supply chain costs by 10%, improving vendor performance by 20%, and passing JCI accreditation twice. His mission is to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of the supply chain while supporting the organization's vision and goals. He is passionate about enhancing the health care sector and contributing to the well-being of the community.
