Dr. Khalid Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Hamdan serves as a member of the Board of Directors, a member of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee at Twareat Medical Care Company. He holds the American Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, as well as an Executive MBA (EMBA) from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Khalid brings extensive experience in emergency medicine and healthcare delivery, along with a strong background in board and committee memberships across various companies and deep expertise in healthcare management.

Mr. Rabih Bousalhah

A healthcare professional with over two decades of experience, specializes in clinical, managerial, operational and sales roles in the healthcare sector. Holding a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, he has expertise in remote clinic management, medical contracting, quality improvement, and emergency medical services. His current role as Director of Operations at Twareat Medical Care involves overseeing sales, operations, and large-scale medical services projects. Rabih is certified in various advanced healthcare disciplines and proficient in systems like Oracle NetSuite and Epic, showcasing a comprehensive blend of clinical and operational acumen

Mr. Mohammed Tarek

CFO

Mr. Mohammed Tarek serves as the Chief Financial Officer at twareat Medical Care Company. Mr. Mohammed brings extensive professional experience in finance and accounting, particularly within publicly listed companies in the capital market. He also possesses advanced expertise in corporate governance. In addition, he has specialized experience in listing companies on the stock exchange, including executing initial public offerings (IPOs) and providing financial solutions to listed companies, contributing to their growth and financial sustainability. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, and is recognized as a distinguished professional in financial management and promoting institutional discipline.

Mr. Hisham Abdulaziz AlMutlaq

HR Director 

Hisham Abdulaziz AlMutlaq is the Director of Human Resources. He holds an MBA from SBS University in the UAE and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from King Faisal University. He has over 18 years of professional experience in human resources, management, and marketing. He has held various positions, including HR and Administrative Consultant at Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, Regional Manager at Jawad Business Group, and Administrative Manager in several companies in the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors. He began his career at Riyad Bank as a Relationship Manager in commercial banking services.

Dr. Ahmed Moustafa

Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager at Twareat Co., he leverages over 10 years of experience and multiple credentials in health care administration, health economics, logistics, and pharmacy to oversee and optimize the supply chain operations of a leading health care provider in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Dr. Ahmed Moustafa leads a team of professionals responsible for managing the procurement, forecasting, sourcing, inventory, and distribution of medical products and services across the organization.

His core competencies include strategic procurement, problem-solving, business decision-making, vendor management, forecasting, sourcing, inventory optimization, supplier relationship management, cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvement. He has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes, such as reducing supply chain costs by 10%, improving vendor performance by 20%, and passing JCI accreditation twice. His mission is to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of the supply chain while supporting the organization's vision and goals. Known for his results-oriented leadership, Mohamed has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, streamlined operations, and ensured full compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. His approach emphasizes sustainable performance, patient satisfaction, and organizational growth.

He holds a Master’s degree in Medical Radiology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and has completed advanced studies in Hospital Management, combining clinical expertise with executive leadership capabilities.

Dr. Mohammed Abdulkarim Taleb

TMC Jubail Medical Center Manager

Dr. Mohammed Abdulkarim Taleb is an experienced physician and healthcare leader with over 12 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Clinical Practice, and Medical Operations. He served as the Operational Medical Lead at Twareat Medical Care Company (TMC) and currently, as a TMC Jubail Medical Center Manager, is a certified ACLS instructor.

Previously he also worked as a Health Leader with international organizations, with extensive expertise in healthcare management, quality, and clinical governance.

Mr. Abdulmohsen Al Brag

Abdul Mohsen Al Brag is an experienced professional in biomedical engineering, business development, and ,healthcare project management. He has worked with global companies such as General Electric and ASCEND and contributed to major national initiatives within healthcare transformation programs, as well as pharmaceutical .service development projects like Wasfaty Plus.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Technology (Medical Engineering) from King Saud University and is recognized for his strong expertise in building strategic partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, and .leading teams to achieve growth and development objectives in the healthcare sector.
